What is your same-day delivery cutoff?
Same-day delivery cutoff is 2:00 pm Monday to Friday and 12:00 pm on Saturday (AEST). Orders placed after these times will be delivered the next available business day. We're closed Sundays and Australian public holidays.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across Dapto, NSW 2530 — including Avondale, Berkeley, Brownsville, Cleveland, Horsley, Kanahooka and Koonawarra — plus to hospitals, nursing homes and funeral chapels throughout the wider Illawarra region.
How much do your arrangements cost?
Same-day arrangements start from $75 (DC Indoor Plant). Bestseller bouquets typically range from $93 to $148. Premium and sympathy arrangements range from $150 to $233+. The full catalogue is on our shop page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at checkout.
What if I'm not happy with the delivered arrangement?
We stand behind every arrangement we send. If something isn't right, email our quality team at quality@petalsnetwork.com with your order number and we'll work with you to make it right.
What happens if the recipient isn't home?
Our courier will follow the delivery instructions on your order — usually leaving the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbour. For hospital, nursing home and funeral chapel deliveries, we coordinate directly with reception or the chapel.
Can I order flowers outside Dapto?
Yes. We're part of a wider florist network covering every Australian state and territory. Place your order online and we'll route it to a certified local florist near the recipient.
Can I order over the phone instead of online?
Absolutely. Call our orders team on 1800 507 043 between Monday–Friday 7am–6pm or Saturdays 7am–12:30pm AEST. For same-day requests, call 1800 738 257.

If something isn't right, we'll fix it
Every arrangement leaves our local florists looking its best. If the bouquet that arrives doesn't meet expectations — for any reason — email our quality team with your order number and a photo of the delivered arrangement. We'll review and respond within one business day.
